What is a health- There we can say "Health is a state of being well physically, mentally and socially."
                                 Health and diseases are two interconnected issues.Health is a very important and complex issues . Diseases is responsible for the breakdown of health. In other words both the issues are two sides of the same coin.
                                Our body is made of cells. Cells are made up of many small and large molecules like carbohydrates,fats,proteins and nucleic acids. Cells together form tissues and tissues form organ and organ systems. These organ systems are inter-connected.

For example- "Heart"-
                                Functions of heart is to pump the blood. But if it does not do it work properly all other organs of the body such as brain, kidney etc. are going to suffer. The entire body will not be able to work properly and the person will not be a healthy person anymore.

                     Causes:-  Any depression , pleasure ,circular system disorder etc.

                                                        2-Increasing heartbeat.
                                                        3-Unconciousness.
                                                        4-Sleeplessness.
                                                        5- High and low B.P.
                                                           6-Vertigo,Giddiness.etc.
                                                         7-Dyspeptia,Excess sweating.
                     Remedies:- 1- Take Arjuna' bark convert in powder.And take with moderate water twice a daily.
                                       2- Take 2 grams Dalchini powder and take mild boil water twice a daily.
                                       3-Take morning walk daily.
                                       4-Avoid oily,fatty and jung food.
